Kerakoll is seeking a proactive Production Planner to own and communicate weekly production plans, ensuring materials are available to meet demand. You will work with Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams to balance capacity and inventory, delivering on-time customer commitments.
The role reports to the Operations Manager, is full-time with hybrid working (4 days on site, 1 day remote) and involves driving data-driven decisions to optimize manufacturing performance across UK operations.

We're looking for an ambitious and detail-driven Production Planner to play a pivotal role in our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time permanent role carries a high level of autonomy and accountability, with responsibility for ensuring the manufacturing operation has the right materials available at the right time so products can be made efficiently and delivered to customers on schedule.
Every day will be different in the role of Production Planner here at Kerakoll. You'll balance customer demand, production capacity, material availability and inventory levels while minimising cost and avoiding production delays. You'll work closely with Production, Maintenance, QC, Procurement, Commercial and wider cross-functional teams to create practical plans, resolve issues early and keep the business moving.
