Job description

An FMCG company, who sell both through their own ecommerce channels and in retailers, is looking for a Supply Chain and Production Analyst to ensure that their stock is accurately maintained, and availability is consistently at 100% across all of their products.

Within this role, you will be tracking stock and supply chain data in order to ensure a balance is struck between keeping full product availability, while not creating excessive waste.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining stock at optimal levels, tracking sales data and forecasting demand.
  • Maintain and build relationships with external suppliers, gaining trust and ensuring excellent delivery and service.
  • Examine process data, to identify any issues within operations, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a junior-level data role for a consumer brand,
  • Ideally used supply chain and stock-tracking tools, as well as able to conduct Excel analysis
  • Ability to think commercially, to draw out trends and insights from data, with strong attention to detail and able to quickly spot errors
  • Ideally a degree in a quantitative subject

Other Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Day Rate: £150 - £200 PAYE (dependent on experience)
  • Duration: 3 months (opportunity for perm conversion)
  • Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office 30min train from central London
