Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd in Coventry is seeking an experienced Production Planner for a busy engineering company. The role involves planning with MRP/ERP systems, supporting short and medium-term capacity, and coordinating with internal suppliers and customers from day one.

The position is permanent, with salary £38k-£40k DOE and training and progression opportunities in a welcoming environment. The start date is flexible to suit training needs.

Qualifications

• Production planning experience in a machining environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience working on MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience working to IATF16949 quality systems (benefit).

Production Planner

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 DOE

Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:30

Friday 07:30 – 12:30

Coventry CV6 - Full Time Permanent

We are looking for experienced production planner to join a busy engineering company in Coventry. This is a permanent role from day 1 ideally looking for someone to start 2nd November or sooner to be trained up on a hand over.

The Job

• Working with MRP/ERP systems to support with production planning
• Support on short and medium term capacity planning
• Work with internal suppliers & customers
• Ensure system information kept update to date, and important information is passed to the relevant dept.
