Job summary

Barker Ross is recruiting for Production Packing Operatives to join our client's busy chocolate production line in Desborough. No prior experience required as full training is provided; you will pack finished chocolate products on a production line, maintain hygiene, and work to quality standards in a controlled environment.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00, and there is potential overtime.

Your Role

• Packing finished chocolate products on a production line
• Ensuring products meet quality standards before packing
• Working at a steady, consistent pace to meet production targets
• Sealing, wrapping, and labelling finished goods accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
