Job summary

Barker Ross Group is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers for our Desborough client. The role involves re-packing chocolates, assisting on the production line, stacking pallets, and accurate labelling.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with AMS, PMS and NIGHT options: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00. We welcome applicants who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Re-packing Chocolates: Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution.
• Working on the Production Line: Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Stacking Pallets: Efficiently stack pallets to ensure safe and organized storage of products.
• Labelling Boxes: Accurately label boxes with the correct product information, including batch numbers and expiration dates.
• Safety Awareness: Be mindful of running machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in operation to ensure a safe working environment.

Monday to Friday

Shift options:

• 06:00 - 14:00 - AMS
• 14:00 - 22:00 - PMS
• 22:00-06:00 - NIGHT
