Job summary

Barker Ross Group is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers for a client in Desborough. We offer AMS, PMS and NIGHTS shifts Monday to Friday with rates of £12.71 per hour (AMS/PMS) and £14.00 per hour (NIGHTS).

The role involves re-packing chocolates, assisting on the production line, stacking pallets and accurately labeling boxes with batch numbers and expiry dates, all while maintaining safety around machinery and MHE.

Shift options:

• 06:00 - 14:00 - AMS - £12.71
• 14:00 - 22:00 - PMS - £12.71
• 22:00-06:00 - NIGHTS - £14.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Re-packing Chocolates: Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution.
• Working on the Production Line: Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Stacking Pallets: Efficiently stack pallets to ensure safe and organized storage of products.
• Labelling Boxes: Accurately label boxes with the correct product information, including batch numbers and expiration dates.
• Safety Awareness: Be mindful of running machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in operation to ensure a safe working environment.
