Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an Optical Technician for our Belfast site. The role is hands-on, working to support the manufacturing process and assist with production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This temporary to permanent position offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates with glazing or production experience are beneficial but training is provided.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for an

Optical Technician to join their team in

Belfast.

This is a hands-on and technical role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Optical Technician, you will support the manufacturing process and assist with various production tasks.

The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work, be able to adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning new skills.

Previous glazing or production experience would be beneficial; however, it is not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who are quick learners, have a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while working effectively as part of a small team.

What We Offer

• £12.71 per hour, depending on glazing experience.
• Monday to Thursday, 8:45am-4:45pm.
• Friday, 8:15am-4:15pm.
• 37.5 hours per week.
