Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturer for Production Operatives / Optical Technicians to join their night shift team in Thornbury. The role offers full training, a temp-to-perm path, and a modern manufacturing environment with long-term career progression.

You will work nights, 37.5 hours per week, with 16.12 per hour, free on-site parking, subsidised canteen, and 25 days leave plus bank holidays after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• No prior optical experience is required; full training will be provided.
• Night shift availability and reliable attitude are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills while following procedures.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, labouring, or hands-on work experience is beneficial but not essential.
