Job summary

Sun Chemical, part of the DIC Group, is hiring a Production Operative to join our Lincoln site. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided, with a hands-on role that supports day-to-day production activities on-site.

The shift runs Sunday to Wednesday, 11-hour days, with a focus on teamwork, safety and learning new skills through ongoing training to ensure high-quality output. A commitment to safety, good attention to detail and the ability to work rotating shifts

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above).
• Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends).
• No colour vision deficiency (colour accuracy required).
• On-site role with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day production activities.
• Assisting with printing and colour processes.
• Following clear procedures and safety guidelines.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Learning new skills through ongoing training.
