Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Exeter is seeking Production Operatives for a family-owned business in the Marsh Barton area on a Temp to Perm basis. The role involves supporting the full manufacturing cycle of bespoke units.

Working hours are 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with in-person on-site work. Benefits include weekly pay and parking; canteen and casual dress are also provided. PAYE payroll and a down-to-earth team are highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Disposing of lightweight offcuts
• Setting up the product lines; ensuring the correct materials are used
• Loading and unloading products and working in the finishing department
• Getting products ready for dispatch
• General production/warehousing duties i.e. keeping areas clean and tidy.
