Job summary

AB Agri Ltd in Monmouth is hiring a Production Operative to support the team in meeting weekly targets. The role focuses on safety, quality and efficient operation of production lines, with emphasis on GMP practices and accurate paperwork.

You will work closely with Team Leaders and Operators, follow SOPs, and help with machine changes to minimise downtime while upholding high product quality. A clear pathway for development is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader and Senior Operators to achieve the weekly plan on time and in full.
• Work with H&S Manager to improve safety standards in the departments.
• Set audit-ready hygiene and GMP standards across the departments.
• Maintain high timekeeping in line with the company handbook.
• Operate machines in line with SOPs and instructions from supervisors.
• Ensure finished products meet the highest quality standards.
• Assist machine changeovers to minimise downtime.
• Report any quality issues to the Quality Control Dept.
• Complete departmental paperwork accurately and on time.
