Job summary

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a Production Operator for a busy manufacturing operation. You will operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to tight quality tolerances.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow SOPs, and experience working across shifts. Training will be provided for the right person with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Candidates with manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written SOPs and production processes precisely.
• Flexibility to work across shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial production equipment safely and accurately.
• Measure materials using tape measures and digital verniers.
• Cut materials using wet and dry industrial saws.
• Record production information accurately and maintain 5S standards.
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
