Interaction Recruitment PLC in Coventry is seeking a Production Operator to join a manufacturing team. You will work 40 hours per week across rotating shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with paid breaks and lunches, and start on a temporary basis with potential for permanent placement.

The role focuses on operating cutting machines safely, monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, and performing final inspections.

Qualificações

• Experience working in production environments.
• Willingness to work rotating early/mixed shifts.

• Safely operate cutting machines while adhering to safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment and products to ensure tolerances and guidelines are met.
• Ensure quality of products at all stages of production within the department.
