Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a Production Operative in Coventry on a rotating Monday to Friday schedule. The role is temporary to permanent with overtime available at excellent rates. Salary is £15.96 per hour. Shifts are 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM on a rotating weekly basis.

You will safely operate cutting machines, monitor equipment, and ensure product quality at all stages. Applicants must have production experience and be available for all three shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in production.
• Available across the 3 different shift patterns stated above.
• Rotating weekly shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cutting machines while adhering to safety regulations.
• Monitoring equipment and products to ensure all areas stay within tolerances and guidelines.
• Responsible for the quality of products at all stages of production within the department.
• Quality control, final inspection and boxing of finished product.
