Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specs and quality standards.
• Experience with Quality Management and Quality Productivity Systems.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills; basic IT skills.
• Team player with a logical, methodical approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate production steps per defined schedules and lean principles.
• Prepare and complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Report deviations to supervision and assist in resolving non-compliances.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the work area.
