Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator Materials & Compounding on a permanent full-time basis. The role is a swing shift, with Week 1 0600-1400 Mon-Thu, 0600-1800 Fri; Week 2 1400-2200 Mon-Thu, Friday off, with a 20% shift allowance.

You will perform production tasks, document results, and ensure quality, safety and housekeeping in the work area while following TE Connectivity's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Participate in production per Lean Manufacturing and quality procedures.
• Follow manufacturing schedule and notify supervision of issues.
• Prepare and complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Report deviations to supervision and assist in resolving non-compliances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and quality.
• Comply with training procedures and updates to standards.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following health and safety guidelines.
• Carry out other duties as designated by your manager.
