Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of related work experience.

• Experience reading blueprints or diagrams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fix identified issues in manufacturing equipment and machines, maintain activity logs for machines, and keep a final product or output record.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery; address equipment failures, calibrating errors, and report them to management promptly.
• Evaluate performance, compare it with established production quality and standards, and report variations.
• Perform changeovers and setups per the production schedule, prepare and assemble component substances, parts and materials, and escalate issues affecting the schedule.
