Job summary

Escape Recruitment Services is hiring Production Operators in Livingston to join a leading manufacturing company. You will work in a clean, modern environment, following SOPs and operating production equipment across multiple departments to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately.
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operating production equipment safely and effectively.
• Working across a variety of manufacturing departments.
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues.
• Minimising waste and supporting efficient production processes.
• Adhering to all health and safety requirements.
• Supporting housekeeping and continuous improvement activities.
• Handling and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
