Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Smethwick is seeking a Production Operator to join a busy operation. You will prepare products, fulfil orders, manage stock and perform warehouse duties while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm with early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties.

Responsibilities

Mixing products to specified formulas and customer requirements.
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
Labelling products and carrying out quality checks.
Monitoring and managing stock levels.
Loading and unloading goods safely.
Completing paperwork accurately and maintaining records.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Supporting occasional customer deliveries when required.
Due to the environment you will be required to wear a Air Fed Mask upto 7 hours per day
