Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Smethwick is seeking a Production Operator to join a busy operation. You will prepare products, fulfil orders, manage stock and perform warehouse duties while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm with early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties.

Responsibilities

• Mixing products to specified formulas and customer requirements.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Labelling products and carrying out quality checks.
• Monitoring and managing stock levels.
• Loading and unloading goods safely.
• Completing paperwork accurately and maintaining records.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Supporting occasional customer deliveries when required.
• Due to the environment you will be required to wear a Air Fed Mask upto 7 hours per day

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:45pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and established operation in Smethwick. This is a hands-on role focused on product preparation, order fulfilment, stock control and general warehouse duties.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and health & safety. Occasional driving duties may be required to support customer deliveries, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
