Job summary

CO Manufacturing Limited is seeking a production operative to join the team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on fabricating uPVC windows and doors, working with machines, hand tools and power tools.

Full training provided to develop skills while contributing to quality and output targets. You will follow production plans, work instructions and SOPs, and uphold health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience fabricating uPVC windows or doors in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good time keeping and attendance.
• Willingness to undertake further training.

Responsibilities

• Produce a quality product in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines on site.
• Assist colleagues, team leaders and supervisors with production queries.
• Work with the production team to develop ideas for continuous improvement.
