Job description

Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a Production Operator on behalf of our well-established client in the Croydon area.

We have an ongoing position with the potential for the right candidates to transition to a contract after 12 weeks.

Working Hours:

This role involves working both Day and Night shifts from Monday to Sunday, based on a continental rolling rota:

• One week: 60 hours
• Following week: 24 hours

Day shift: 6.30am to 6.30pm

Night shift: 6.30pm to 6.30am

Example of the shift schedule:

• Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday Night
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday Days; Friday, Saturday, Sunday Nights
• Week 4: Monday, Tuesday Nights; Friday, Saturday, Sunday Days

Duties Include:

• Full training provided
• Loading products into machines
• Heavy lifting involved on a repetitive basis
• Lifting products onto machines and setting machines
