Mole Valley Farmers in Uffculme Mill is seeking a reliable Production Operative to support day-to-day feed mill operations. You will help manufacture, pack and dispatch products safely, following quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing or agricultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently.
• Manage weighbridge procedures and quality control.
• Operate bagging and packing systems and maintain records.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock control.
• Load vehicles and serve customers with accuracy.
• Support compliance audits and follow procedures.
• Maintain clean work areas and report issues.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.
