Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Production Operative to join the Warehouse team in Colchester. The role involves decanting, repacking, weighing and blending materials in a production setting and requires a Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Responsibilities include accurate material handling, adherence to GMP and health & safety standards, and precise documentation. This is a temporary-to-permanent vacancy with weekly pay and benefits through Adecco.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Decant and repack raw materials into designated containers.
• Accurately weigh, measure, mix and blend materials per formulations.
• Prepare and label materials; ensure GMP compliance.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Follow COSHH and safety procedures at all times.
