Job summary

Nordell is seeking a Production Operator to support the Mould Shop and Production team in Worthing. The role involves operating injection moulding machinery, preparing tools, jigs and fixtures, and completing manufacturing tasks to meet quality and cycle-time standards.

This permanent, full-time position offers fixed day or night shifts totaling 44 hours per week, with a focus on safe operations, waste reduction, high housekeeping, and close collaboration with team leaders and supervisors.

This is a hands-on production role involving the operation of injection moulding machinery, preparation of tools, jigs and fixtures, and completion of manufacturing tasks to the required quality and cycle-time standards.

The Production Operator will work closely with Team Leaders, Supervisors and Production Management to support safe, efficient output, reduce waste, and maintain high housekeeping and quality standards across the shop floor.

This position is a permanent and full-time role, working a fixed day or night shift pattern of 44 hours per week.
