Our team of 525 colleagues manufactures premium chilled ready-to-cook meals for major retailers such as Sainsbury's, Aldi, and Co-op.

What you'll be doing

We seek individuals eager to work as part of a team in a factory environment. Our facilities can be busy, cold, and wet, but your safety is our priority, and all personal protective equipment will be provided:

• Mix ingredients and raw materials in commercial kettles to produce sauces
• Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and high quality across batches
• Carry out assigned operations efficiently to meet output targets
• Contribute to improved line performance and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene
• Resolve operational issues as they arise
• Follow manual lifting procedures for resources weighing 5kg to 20kg
• Participate in training and mentor new staff
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with area leaders
