Job summary

Brightwork Ltd, part of the Staffline Group, is recruiting for a factory operative in Stirling. Initially a day shift 06:00–14:00 for a week or two at £13.33/hour, then a continental pattern 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00 at £14.48/hour, with weekend work.

The role involves general factory labouring, careful monitoring of a fast-moving production process, and attention to detail in a heavy industrial environment.

Job description

Your Time at Work

Initially the role will involve working on a day shift basis for a week or two as follows:

Monday - Thursday 06.00 - 14.00. This will be paid at £13.33/ hour.

The role will then move to a continental shift patten 06.00 -18.00 and 18.00 - 06.00. This shift pattern will be paid at £14.48/ hour. (Involves weekend work too)

Our Perfect Worker

This role will involve some general factory labouring and the careful monitoring of a fast moving production process. It will therefore require a good level of attention to detail and quality focus.

The role can also be quite physical, involving extended periods of standing at the work station in what is a fairly heavy industrial environment.

Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
