Job summary

Kirkcaldy Site Client is seeking Production Operators to join a well-established team at the Kirkcaldy site. Roles are for a minimum of 6 months with potential extended or permanent opportunities depending on business needs.

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, responsibilities include packing, product preparation for dispatch, and various labouring tasks within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Rotation across days and back shifts with overtime opportunities.

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or production settings.

Salary: GBP13.2 - GBP14 per hour

Our leading Global Client are looking for Production Operators to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. These roles will be for a minimum 6 months but may go on longer or permanent depending on business needs!

Reporting into the Production Team leader, your key duties will include:

• - Pack and prepare products for dispatch
• - Perform various labouring tasks as needed

This is a rotational shift role and would suit candidates with the following key skills and experience:

• Detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Capable of handling physical tasks and manual labour)

Competitive Pay Structure and shift pattern :

Dayshift - Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm , Frid 6am-12pm £13.20ph

Backshift-Mon- Thurs 2pm-10pm, Frid 12pm-6pm £13.96ph

There will also be the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates when required

Please note that due to the location and shifts required for this role you must be locally based and if out with Kirkcaldy be able to drive/have transport.
