Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) in Smethwick is seeking a Production Operator to handle product preparation, order fulfilment and stock control in a busy warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The job involves rack-and-packing duties, occasional deliveries, and wearing an Air Fed Mask up to 7 hours per day. Full UK driving licence is essential; forklift licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties.
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential.

Production Operator

£12.71 per hour

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and established operation in Smethwick. This is a hands-on role focused on product preparation, order fulfilment, stock control and general warehouse duties.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and health & safety. Occasional driving duties may be required to support customer deliveries, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
