Job description

Currently seeking a Production Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Shrewsbury, MA.

Responsibilities of Production Operator:

1. Review and interpret batch sheets.
2. Weight and mix chemicals following specifications listed.
3. Identify and filter materials into containers following process order instructions and apply correct labels.
4. Calculate total quantity of materials used and lot numbers from individual, intermediates, and letdowns.
5. Enter and record various data points into systems.
6. Perform quality control tasks on batches.
7. Re-package materials into new containers.
8. Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the production floor.
9. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements of Production Operator:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years manufacturing experience.
• Previous chemical experience.
• SAP experience (not required but preferred).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to move, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move 100 lbs.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
