Salary: £25,958 to £28,496 per annum

Role Information:

We are seeking full-time permanent production operators to join our busy masterbatch plastics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include preparing materials, accurately measuring material mixes, operating production lines, and following company procedures to meet department targets.

Operators will work on a rotating shift pattern, starting at £12.80 per hour based on a 39-hour week, increasing to £13.70 after a successful probationary period. Candidates are encouraged to discuss the possibility of working a contracted 40-hour week.

Shift Pattern:

1. Shift 1: 6.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.
2. Shift 2: 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Monday to Thursday; 2.00pm to 6.00pm on Friday.
3. Shift 3: 10.00pm to 6.00am, Sunday to Thursday.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Attention to detail.
• FLT licence is advantageous.
