Advanced is seeking a Production Operator to support safe, efficient production of high‑quality products in a busy manufacturing environment. You will follow documented processes, operate equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting production targets and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include component assembly, product testing, and final assembly across multiple stages. On‑the‑job training will be provided to help you achieve targets.

About The Role

The purpose of this role is to support the efficient and safe production of high‑quality products, ensuring customer requirements, production targets, and quality standards are consistently met. Working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, Production Operators will follow established processes, operate production equipment, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support operational performance and business success.

What You'll Be Doing

The main responsibilities of this role are to support the manufacture and assembly of the Company's products, ensuring that quality, safety and production standards are consistently achieved. Working as part of a busy manufacturing team, you will carry out a variety of production activities including component assembly, product testing, and final assembly in accordance with documented procedures and customer requirements. Some tasks may involve repetitive activities; however, the role offers variety through involvement in different stages of the production process and across a range of products. Production Operators are expected to maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment, contribute to continuous improvement activities, and work collaboratively to meet production schedules and business objectives.

Education and training

We will provide full on-the-job training to get you up to speed and then ongoing support to help you achieve your targets.
