PepsiCo Leicester is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor the Walkers crisps production line. You will keep equipment running smoothly, perform regular checks, and address faults while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role involves rotating shifts, including nights, with a 4-on/4-off pattern and a 42-hour average work week. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to hand over to the next shift and ensure continuous production.

Production Operator

Working Hours

• Continental shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off.
• 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
• 12-hour shifts.

• Annual salary: £38,;(including a shift premium).
