Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking an experienced Production Operator in Wimbledon to join a well-established manufacturing business. The role focuses on producing safely, in line with GMP and company procedures, with attention to quality and compliance.

You will operate production equipment, follow SOPs, complete batch records, and contribute to continuous improvement within a collaborative, hands-on team. Regular day shifts and solid development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a production, assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to industries such as pharmaceuticals, food production, cosmetics, medical devices, or chemicals.
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities in accordance with GMP and company procedures
• Operate manufacturing and processing equipment safely and effectively
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

The Role
