Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing company in Holywell. You will operate sorting and collation machinery and help ensure products meet quality standards.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with progression to a 4 on / 4 off pattern. Immediate starts available.

This role offers an ongoing temporary assignment with reliable shifts and a focus on safety and accuracy, packing finished goods and recording measurements as required.

Qualifications

• Operating sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
• Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Carrying out visual quality inspections and checking product weights and dimensions.
• Packing finished products to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Wear the required PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

Your duties will include:

• Operating sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.

• Working closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
• Carrying out visual quality inspections and checking product weights and dimensions.
• Packing finished products to the required quality standards.
