Job summary

IFF is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate in Beaminster, Dorset, on-site. You’ll support safe, high‑quality production, pack products to spec, and help maintain inventory and equipment. A collaborative team environment and clear procedures guide daily work to meet quality and cost targets.

Experience in a production setting and strong safety focus are essential. Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook helps coordinate across teams and departments in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, process, manufacturing or packing environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to follow procedures and work accurately in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent work approach.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products in line with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Support stock control and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and batch ingredients for production processes.
• Operate and monitor spray drying equipment and powder production processes.
• Ensure activities meet quality, timing and cost standards.
• Report equipment and plant issues to Engineering promptly.
• Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team problem solving.
