Job summary

Barfoots Of Botley is seeking enthusiastic, reliable people to join our production teams. No previous manufacturing experience is required—we'll provide full training to help you succeed. You'll work in a temperature-controlled fresh produce facility and contribute to quality, packing, labeling and hygiene.

No two days are the same: you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team, with clear progression opportunities into Skilled Operator, Technical Operator and Team Leader roles.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What you will be doing:

No two days are the same. Depending on the department you're working in, you'll help with a range of production activities, including:

• Sorting and grading products to quality standards
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Working with your team to meet daily production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

Full Training Provided:

We'll support you from day one with a comprehensive induction covering:

• Food Safety Level 2
• COSHH
• Production processes

You’ll be working in a temperature-controlled fresh produce facility (typically 3°C–5°C). The role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
