Thrive Group is seeking Production Operatives & Packers to join an expanding team at one of their clients in Frome, Somerset.

Shifts Available:

• 0600-1400 - £12.25ph
• 1400-2200 - £12.75ph
• 2200-0600 - £13.25ph

Main responsibilities include:

• Heavy lifting involved
• Operating in a fast-paced food production environment
• Completing Quality Inspections to meet quality standards
• Following operational procedures and client specifications
• Adhering to Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrating willingness to learn and improve
• Proposing improvements to Line Coordinators and managers
