Location: Peterborough, UK

Job Type: Long-term temporary role with permanent opportunity

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (up to 48 hours in busy periods)

Shifts Available: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (£12.21/hr), 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (£13.46/hr)

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
2. Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
3. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
4. Assist in the assembly and packaging of products.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to health and safety regulations.
6. Report issues or malfunctions promptly to the supervisor.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
8. Participate in training and development to enhance skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
