Production Operatives

We are seeking experienced backshift and nightshift production operators to support our client’s business needs. Currently, we are recruiting additional production operators for ongoing work.

Job Role Information:

• Position: Production Operative
• Location: Moodiesburn, Glasgow
• Duration: Temporary ongoing

Pay Rates:

Over 21 years of age

• Backshift: £13.43 per hour, £20.15 overtime
• Nightshift: £15.87 per hour, £23.81 overtime

Under 21 years of age

• Backshift: £11.81 per hour, £17.72 overtime
• Nightshift: £13.96 per hour, £20.94 overtime

Shift Times: Backshift 15:00 to 23:00, Nightshift 23:00 to 07:00

Shifts will be ongoing: 3 backshifts, 3 nightshifts, then 3 days off.

Pay Model: PAYE

This is an exciting ongoing contract role in the production area, where you will become an integral member of the team.

Duties:

• Operate individual work stations, using own initiative
• Produce sausage casings for sausages
• Use good dexterity skills, working with hands/fingers at pace

Experience:

• Previous production experience is advantageous
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Experience working with food-based products
• Maintain good hygiene standards
• Be reliable, punctual, and have a good work ethic
• Good communication skills

All applicants will receive a full site induction and training. PPE will be provided by the site.
