Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting Production Operatives in Daventry for a temp-to-perm role on the production line. The position offers regular hours, weekly PAYE payroll, overtime opportunities, and long-term prospects within a growing logistics environment.

You will load/unload parts, inspect quality, package correctly, maintain safety standards, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to 5-S and EHS procedures. Monday to Friday shifts with £13.01/hour.

Responsibilities

• Loads/unload/mask parts on the production line according to schedule and instructions as per IATF 16949
• Performs basic visual inspection for rust or damage and follows all applicable reject procedures.
• Understands packaging process and ensures parts are packaged and identified correctly according to instructions.
• Ensures all racks and tooling are suitable and safe for use.
• Contribute to team members on-the-job training and orientation
• Participates in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures to meet customer commitments or plant metrics and performance.
• Promotes and utilizes 5-S Standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
• Must understand and comply with all EHS procedures
• Must be willing to work overtime when required other duties as assigned.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for FLT Drivers with their global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.

About the Role

Warehouse Operatives - Main duties and requirements are:

• Loads/unload/mask parts on the production line according to schedule and instructions as per IATF 16949
