Job summary

Kronospan Ltd is seeking Trainee & Skilled Production Operators to support our Chirk manufacturing facility. You will operate production processes, align with high quality standards, and build a career with a global leader in wood-based panel products.

Shifts run 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00 (4 on 4 off). We value flexibility, a strong work ethic, and commitment to Health and Safety as essential qualifications.

Qualifications

• Flexibility, a strong work ethic and a focus on Health and Safety are essential.
• Technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical engineering principles would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate production processes and help maximise output from Kronospan's plant and machinery, meeting high production standards.
• Support ongoing training and development while contributing to a reliable, collaborative manufacturing environment.

Job Description

• We depend on Production Operatives to efficiently run our various production processes and make best use of our huge investment in plant and machinery. Our production standards are high and our customers demand the best.
• You will be keen to forge a mutually-beneficial relationship with an established employer, bringing high-level rewards in return for high levels of commitment.

Working Hours

• Shifts – 06.00 to 18.00 & 18.00 to 06.00 (4 on 4 off)

Qualifications

• To succeed, it's crucial to possess flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a focus on Health and Safety.
• Technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical engineering principles would be advantageous.
