My client has been a leader in precast concrete manufacturing, serving civil infrastructure, agriculture, and building sectors across the UK and Ireland. We're looking for Production Operatives to join our expanding team on both permanent and temporary bases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare moulds, pour concrete, and produce planned products.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Communicate daily with the Team Leader on production progress.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and participate in problem-solving initiatives.

Work Hours:

Option 1: 12hr Shift

• Pattern 1: 4-day week (Mon-Thurs) and 3-day week (Thur-Sat).
• Pattern 2: 4-day week (Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat) and 3-day week (Tues-Thurs).

Option 2: Variable Hours

• 32-48 hours per week as needed, with standard hours Monday - Friday and flexibility for overtime and Saturdays.

Shift allowance payable.
