Production Operative (Frozen Treat Technician)
Hillsborough
Salary £25,500-£27,500 DOE

Our fast-growing Food & Drinks Manufacturing Client based in Hillsborough is looking for a Production Operative to join their tight-knit crew. This is the perfect role for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, isn't afraid of getting stuck in, and takes pride in making things just right.

Your day to day:
You'll be a key player in our production team, helping to make, pack, and prep our products to perfection.

  • Run and monitor production lines
  • Mix ingredients and prep batches
  • Fill, freeze, and pack products to spec
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Support with stock rotation, labelling, and general duties
  • Work closely with the team to hit daily targets
  • Bring good vibes and a team spirit to everything you do!


Your essential ingredients:

  • Previous experience in a food, drink or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a physically active role
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ready to get hands-on and help where needed

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Food safety or hygiene certificates
  • Mechanical know-how or experience using production equipment
