Production Operative Shift

Grantham

Temporary to Permanent (6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm shifts, rotating weekly)

£13.45ph

Our long-standing client is seeking an experienced Production Operative to join their expanding team. This is a full time temporary to permanent position based in Grantham on biweekly rotating shift of 6am - 2pm and next week 2pm - 10pm.

As a Production Operative your duties will include:

• Handling and racking goods as well as labelling and storing.

• Operating Cutting Machinery, tooling or working in an engineering environment.

• Unloading large rolls and setting up the machines for cutting

• Ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy, reporting damages.

• Picking items from the warehouse, packing accurately against delivery note.

• Understanding measurements, and dimensions

The successful Production Operative will:

• Have experience using Cutting Machinery, tooling or working in an engineering environment.

• Be a team player, with excellent work ethic and a good sense of humour.

• Have a valid UK Driving Licence (Ideal but not essential).

• Have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Ideal but not essential).
