Trainee Production Operative (Night Shift)

Location: Rugby

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for Trainee Production Operatives for our client in Rugby, who manufacture uPVC windows and composite fire doors. The role involves using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, working on a production line, screwing in hinges, working with production targets, and learning to operate high-speed machinery.

This is a fixed night shift from Sunday to Thursday, with regular overtime and manual handling tasks.

Candidate requirements:

• Local to Rugby
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Willing to switch off phone when on site
• Respectful attitude
