Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe at King’s Lynn is recruiting Production Operatives on a full-time temporary basis until December 2026. You will assist on the production line, handling raw meat and ready-to-eat products in a chilled environment, with comprehensive training provided.

No prior experience is required; successful candidates will receive full support to learn, develop skills and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Literacy and numeracy skills are desirable.
• Practical/manual handling skills are desirable.
• Basic H&S and Food Safety awareness are desirable.

Job description

We have exciting opportunities for Production Operatives to join Our Team at King’s Lynn site!

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm (Rotating Weekly) Must be flexible to work weekend shifts if required.

Successful candidates will join us on full time shift pattern - temporary contract basis until end of December 2026. In your role you will ensure that all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification. Duties will involve handling raw meat & ready to eat products in chilled environment. As a food handler you will undertake manual handling tasks and work on production line to the best of your abilities to meet production targets whilst ensuring you comply with Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.

This role does not require previous experience and candidates who wish to progress and learn new skills will be provided with full support and training to succeed!
