Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd is recruiting Production Operatives for the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential due to site location. The role involves supporting the production of poultry products on the production line, handling raw poultry and packing to quality standards.

You will operate machinery safely, maintain hygiene, and work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided; 28 holiday days accrue for full-time workers, with weekly pay each Friday.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong listening and communication skills

Operating machinery safely and efficiently.

Packing products to the required standards.

Carrying out general cleaning and maintaining a clean, tidy work area.

Following food hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.

Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous production or food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions carefully.

Strong listening and communication skills.

Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable, hardworking and punctual.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 until 16:00
