Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd in South Norfolk is recruiting Production Operatives to work on the poultry production line. Own transport is essential due to site location; no previous experience required though helpful.

You will handle raw poultry, operate machinery safely, pack products to standard, and keep a clean, tidy workspace while following food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Weekday shifts, 06:00–16:00, with full training provided and weekly pay.

• Previous production or food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous production or food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions carefully.

Strong listening and communication skills.

Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable, hardworking and punctual.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 until 16:00
