Contract Personnel Ltd in South Norfolk is recruiting for Poultry Packers. The role involves packing poultry products into correct boxes, operating a strapping machine, and preparing pallets for dispatch.

You will perform regular manual handling (up to 25kg), maintain high accuracy and quality, follow health and safety procedures, and keep the work area clean. A reliable, hardworking team player is essential.

Contract Personnel are recruiting Poultry Packers based in the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential due to site location.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Packing poultry products into the correct boxes and quantities.
• Operating an automatic strapping machine.
• Stacking boxes onto pallets in the correct configuration.
• Carrying out regular manual handling, including lifting boxes weighing up to 25kg.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and product quality.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous packing or production experience is desirable but not essential.
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting up to 25kg.
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 until 16:30
